Happy New Year!!!

Korres Naturally Defined Eyes Set

This is one of the items I bought from Sephora from the past 2 sales they had.  The Korres Naturally Defined Eyes Set came with 5 full size eyeliners and a sample size mascara.  This set was for $32.90cdn and $25usd.  I only used the eyeliners so this review is only for the eyeliners.  I'll review the mascara once I get a chance to test it out. 

Pros: 
- very pigmented
- has vitamin e
- glides on pretty smoothly

Cons:
- doesn't last very long
- not a lot of colours to choose from

I find the metallic colour liners are more smooth and easy to apply compare to the solid colours such as the black.  It seems more hard than creamy.  I read some reviews that they last all day but for me they don't  they smudge when I used it on the bottom last line and if I don't use udpp on my lids it would smudge as well.  I don't think I would repurchase the eyeliners because it just like any other eyeliner out there besides it has vitamin e and macadamia oil.

Nail of the Week

I finally did my nails after having them bare for 2 weeks.  I found some Chi nail polishes at Winners.  I never knew that Chi made nail polishes besides hair care products.  They were for $2.99 so I pick up a nail colour and a base coat since I needed one. 

Chi Ceramic Nail Lacquer in Passionate for my work and Chi Ceramic Base Coat.

So I use the 2 new polishes to test them out for my nail of the week.  It has good pigmentation I only did 2 coats.  Konad Image Plate M71, colour used for Konad is Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Extreme Wear in Silver Straits.  Top Coat- Seche Vite.

I'm so behind in my blog post sorry sorry.  Been pretty busy xmas shopping and shopping for myself while at the mall.  How can I resist on all those deals and spoiling myself with some new goodies??  So, if you guys are wondering what happen to my nail of the week post...well i'm giving my nails a rest from nail polish for about 2 weeks now which is a first for no polish since the summer!!  I might do my nails this week since i'll be going to xmas parties.  Oh how i can't wait for all the festive activities to start!!  I'll try to post up some reviews if i have time this week but no guarantees since i'm pretty pack with things this week.  Hope everyone is looking forward to the holidays as much as i am and finish their holiday shopping cuz the mall is just crazy!!!!

Sephora Beauty Insider Deal

Ladies check your inbox!!
